Dog Agility
You may have seen Dog
Agility on Television. It is where they fly
over
jumps and through hoops, up and down ramps and seesaws. But... there is
a lot needed to do it properly!
Firstly, before you begin a small amount of obedience is needed. We suggest if you have a young dog to take them to puppy classes first, if the dog is an adult then you will need to learn some basic obedience first. (Click on the link 'Obedience').
Lu works her own dogs at Championship level. They hold many different levels of classes at Scrambles in Walton on Thames, Small (For those little dogs), Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced etc.
The training is done on 'reward' and 'praise'. You just reward and praise your dog when he/ she is right! Believe us, you'll have as much to learn as your dog does!
Scrambles Agility training is kept up to date, with Lu regularly attending seminars on new methods and systems.
